Control, management and administration of each and every property owned by the Non-Profit Organization (NPO) in question in dealings with public authorities, as well as with owners’ associations and other organizations in a rigorous and proactive way, applying our specific Protocols.

 

Obtaining real market values to meet the transparency requirements laid down by law and the NPO itself and as an objective criterion for setting the sale price. Carrying out official valuations under the Agreement signed by the Firm with a specific firm of valuers, which guarantees not only advantageous rates and conditions, but also absolute objectivity and impartiality in the management and sale of real estate left to an NPO under a will.

 

Collaboration agreement between "del Romero Abogados" and different NPOs which carry out the emptying and cleaning of properties, in order to guarantee their correct condition and maintenance, thereby also ensuring their successful marketing.

 

Agreement with an insurance company of recognized prestige that provides advantageous rates and conditions and ensures that the properties left to the NPO in question are in a good condition.

 

Contact with local real estate agencies throughout national territory, thereby making possible the sale of properties on favorable conditions and guaranteeing compliance with the internal protocols of the NPO in question, in accordance with its guidelines.

 

Management, maintenance and sale of Vehicles, Boats and Aircraft. Management, liquidation and sale of companies, partnerships and jointly-owned assets (comunidades de bienes).

 

Management of the destination and protection of animals that may be bequeathed to an NPO, ensuring their well-being, in accordance with the latter’s internal protocols.

 

Specific personal property

 

Niches, pantheons, graves and burials. Jewelry, works of art, weapons and any other property that may have a specific and determined value.
