Manuel Caballero started his professional career at Arthur Andersen. He then went on to obtain extensive experience as CFO in multinational and national companies in various sectors, including private-equity owned corporate groups. He has participated in multiple mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
He has also been CFO of a distribution company, with his work focusing on business strategy, sales, marketing and human resources.
He is a member of the Economists’ Association of Madrid (CEMAD) and lectures on the IE Business School’s Senior Management Program.
On a personal level, he is a nature lover, has visited 25 countries and has worked as a volunteer in several NGOs.
